I’d like to outline some of the procedures that are necessary to fully integrate your music department into the Da Capo Inventory software.
Please create a list of the School Buildings that will be using Da Capo Inventory, their Span of Grades, and the building that they feed. For example:
Albert Elementary 4-6 → Johnson Middle School Morrow Elementary 4-6 → Johnson Middle School South Elementary 4-6 → Central Middle School Central Middle School 7-8 → Demo High School Johnson Middle School 7-8 → Demo High School Demo High School 9-12
Please communicate with Patrick about when you would like to schedule your 1 hour Virtual Training. (Outside of school hours – After 3:15pm on school days)
Determine when (what date) you would like Patrick to send the Welcome Email to your staff – with instructions on how to create a password to access the system.
Please send a MS Word file of your School District’s Rental Contract
Please communicate with your IT department about whitelisting the following domains and websites to ensure that Da Capo emails will be delivered to teacher’s inboxes:
Dacapoinventory.com Dacapomusicfestivals.com Dacapowebdevelopment.com All emails will come from 67.225.189.83
Please determine if you would like students to be able to receive emails from [email protected]. If your district would like to allow students to receive emails from teachers through this system, student email addresses (ie. [email protected]) can be imported. If your district would not like to allow students to receive emails from their teachers through this system, then student emails should not be included in your imports.
Inventory and Enrollment Import functions are available to teachers and administrators. The most efficient way to import this data is through the Administrator Portal, as all inventory can be uploaded at once – and all enrollment can be uploaded at once. Specific data fields and file formats are required. Information can be found after logging into the website about what data fields are needed.
