• Improved data validation on upload screen (The system will alert users to errors right away, in most cases, and allow updates right on the webpage)

• Ability to create 1 printout with all trip statements - or a selected group of trip statements

Updates: Upload signed student contracts

• For those of you that don’t necessarily love paper floating around, you are able to upload signed student contracts into the system on the ‘rental payment collection screen’. Click the red or green dollar bill in the actions column of the Inventory or Enrollment screen to upload a PDF or JPG copy of the rental contract.

• Ability to assign students to lockers, instruments to lockers, or both.
• If you assign a student to a locker who has already been assigned an instrument, the instrument will be added to the locker as well. Hint: Assign instruments to students first, then assign them to lockers.
