Vendor Details

Set a Default Vendor

You may wish to set a default vendor for your teachers in your district.

If you set a default vendor, that vendor will be automatically selected when your teachers visit the repair screen.

If you do not set a default vendor, the teacher will have to select from the list of repair vendors.

Set Vendor Details and Email Settings

  1. Click the blue name of the vendor to edit their settings
  2. Emails can be sent to vendors using the following plans:
    1. No emails sent to vendors
    2. An email will be sent each and every time the teacher creates a repair
    3. A nicely formatted email will be sent weekly to the vendor
  3. Choose one of those three setup options and click the green ‘Update Vendor’ button at the bottom of the screen
